We’re looking for a high‑energy Production Packaging Operator to join our team! In this fast‑paced role, you’ll rotate between the Baler and Bagging operations, keeping production moving and working alongside a strong, safety‑focused crew that values teamwork, growth, and reliability.
Requirements:

Pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to perform simple math
Strong safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Forklift experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Duties:
Baler Operation

Operate baler machinery safely and efficiently
Stack bales on pallets, seal bales with an iron, and wrap pallets
Weigh bales and enter accurate data on reports and QC tags
Complete Baler Operator production report

Bagging Operation

Operate bagging machines, balers, shrink wrap equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers
Stack bags on pallets, apply pallet covers, and move finished goods to correct warehouse locations
Fill pellet sample cups every ton for QC
Tag pallets with QC labels (initials, date, ton number, shift)
Complete Bagger production report accurately

General Production Responsibilities

Perform both bagging and baler functions as directed by Shift Leads
Operate machinery safely using all established guidelines, policies, and procedures
Assist other production areas as needed
Move and wrap completed products
Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills
Report any moisture or material concerns immediately
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during production tasks
Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Swing Shift: Monday–Friday
Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay:

Starting at $18–$20 per hour
