This role is active and plant‑based, involving order picking, product movement, packaging, and preparing inventory for shipment. Candidates must be reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable with physical job duties throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required (ability to operate safely and effectively)
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for full shifts
• Able to perform basic math calculations (counts, measurements, inventory)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Picking orders by locating products throughout the warehouse
• Using conveyor belt systems to sort, move, and process items
• Boxing and packaging inventory for shipment
• Preparing completed orders for outgoing delivery
• Following all safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Completing assigned tasks independently or with team members
• Using basic tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Tracking, counting, or verifying inventory as needed
• Lifting up to 50 lbs

• Full‑Time: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime: Possible based on workflow

• $19.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
